Recently, I read an article about what companies should do differently with their websites during COVID-19, and I thought I’d share.
While the article focuses on e-commerce, I think it applies broadly to business sites. One of the biggest points: potential customers may be looking for solutions in completely different ways. A search on a website for “gloves” now has a different meaning than it did in January. It’s worth a read.
